2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1:- Long has it been in me, the ambition to take up responsibility for something big, like running a gang, and now I feel ready to channel all my leadership abilities, enthusiasm, and drive into making it real. Having spent so much time in the gang world, I have gained a huge amount of experience that has sculpted my understanding and now I want to use it to make a difference and help lead the crew into new places.

2.2 :- I've been part of the Gangs scenes for a very long time I've been under deputy I've helped led multiple events and I've been learning the rules for the past 4 years and now i think im claudify to become a leader and rule not only the ghetto and the entire the city
2.3 :- I'm committed to making our gang a place for everyone. My goal is to ensure every member feels motivated and eager to climb the ranks. Fairness and respect are non-negotiable. and make them part of a terrorist gang etc

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I'm all about giving every new member a fair shot and ensuring they don't feel left out. If they put in the effort, they'll see opportunities for promotions and more. It's my job, along with my High Command, to make sure everyone shows up to events regularly and keeps things respectful no toxicity to other gang members, citizens, or law enforcement. I will also make sure that every recruit learns his way around the city, knows event and street rules, and speaks decent English when in role-playing.

Be very active and participate in the events to the full extent
Finish the term 100% turfs
Finish the term with 100% Graffiti
Get labeled as terrorist org
Winning at least 4-5 events a day
