1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin?I want to be an Assistant Admin because I really enjoy helping out and keeping the server organized. I’m usually active, and I don’t mind handling reports or dealing with small problems when they come up. I try to stay fair and calm, even if things get messy or people start arguing. I just want to help keep the server running smoothly and make it a good place for everyone.
2. What positions have you held in the city? bloods rank 8, Marabunta rank 12, ballas rank 10, vagos rank 6
3. What are your strengths? I think my strengths are that I’m patient and easy to talk to. I don’t get upset over small stuff, and I try to be fair to everyone. I pay attention to what’s going on, follow the rules, and handle problems calmly. I’m also usually around, so people can count on me if they need help.
4. What are your weaknesses? I guess one of my weaknesses is that I overthink things sometimes. I just want to make sure I’m doing the right thing, so it can slow me down a bit. I’m also still learning how to deal with bigger problems faster, but I’m getting better at it.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant? I can help the admin team by staying organized and handling stuff when it comes up. I’m good at keeping track of reports and schedules, and I try to stay calm and fair when problems happen. I’m usually around if someone needs help, and I just want to make things easier for the team and keep the server running smoothly.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment? No, nothing’s stopping me from being active right now. If something comes up later, I’ll let the team know, but for now I can be on regularly.
