Dear higher ups,
I got demorgan penalty from Gian Wayne because of UB Market Stall. As an experienced player, I am aware of the server rules that includes UB. Hence my market stall was not settled UB and it was standing there since all day.
I asked via Contact Administration section and got answer as attached below.
It is frustrating that administrators are not trying to fix the issue but instead they are just saying "make an admin complaint". But during this period of time we are wasting our precious time in demorgan for nothing.
I would like to get this situation checked and compensated from Gian Wayne.
