1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
i want to be an administrator because I love being a part of this community and want to help everyone. and keep everything fair and fun for everyone. also i am aware of all the rules. i really enjoy assisting players who needs help or need any assistance. i can stay calm under pressure , handle things fairly. my main goal is to make that everyone has a good time in roleplaying no one brakes the rules. Also served multiple term as HC in orgs and there i learn so many things and also i want to help the peoples who phasing problems or issues.

3. What are your strengths?
my strengths is being quick learner and adopt new environments fast. i am verry polite and respectful to others. i have strong problem solving skills. i can think really quick and make a effective decisions. i have good memory for remember things for more time .
4. What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes take on too many tasks at once because I like to help and be involved. I’m learning to focus on priorities so I can be more effective.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
i will always try to help people answer to the quarry , handle new player issues. i know server rules very well so i try to be fair with everyone no bias at all. i am also good at staying calm and composed in heated situations and solve the problem quickly. i don't panic and take sides, i try to understand and solve the problem without making it worse. also have good communications skills so i will try to explain things clearly to players.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No, I don’t have any issues preventing me from being active right now.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Nothing specific comes to mind, but I want to add that I’m hardworking, motivated, and a quick learner. I’m always ready to take on new challenges and give my full effort, also I did not break any server rules from past so many months, thank you.
