2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--> So, ever since i joined this RP- server i always wanted to be a gangster. So, i joined Ballas and start joining events to gain experiance and want to know how gang things work properly. Now, im serving as a deputy post in Bloods and managing the gang. I am doing great work in Bloods and Now, i wanted to lead Bloods as a Leader, as i devoted my self to the gang and im active deputy right now in the gang.
--> Other, thing i have great communication and management skills and i will use these skills in situations such as hostages situation, store robberies. Even im a deputy but, I always lead every gang events as a Leader, ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone follows rules properly.I know how to handle situations calmly, motivate members, and maintain discipline in the organization.
--> I want to make Bloods the most feared gang in the city and ghetto. I will focus on to keep Bloods active in every event, and RP situations so other gangs will feel our presence everywhere. I will give deputies only to the high experiance players in that way no one is going to rule break in gang and also if someone need assistance deputies will be available.I will make sure there is no toxicity in the gang. I also try to complete my term without a single warn. I have a good top Family support too so i can bring all my Family member in to the gang.

--> I will encourage all members to actively participate in gang events like FZ raids, Battleships, Store Robberies, and Clandestine. This will keep the gang active, and strong.
--> I will issue high bonuses to the loyal and active member of the gang so they will get motivate in joining events.
--> I will introduce a better ranking system and recruit only well known players.
