About 8 months ago my account was hacked and got banned for Hit-Box. The hacker played on a twink account and used cheats during family events. I haven’t logged into EN2 since September or October 2024. When I found out someone was playing on my account, I immediately reported it: Reviewed - General Rule 1.2 | 166735, 173447
I’m really sorry for not having 2FA enabled, which allowed someone to access my account. If needed, I can provide evidence that I wasn’t playing, just to get unbanned. I don’t care about the twink, I only want my main account back.
And please if you reject this tell me a reason why i cant be un banned i really miss to play on EN2.
