I got banned for GR 6.19 when I was typing a message for my friend in the family chat, but I accidentally sent it in the prime chat instead. I was on a call with my friend at the time and mistakenly wrote it in prime chat instead of family chat. I sincerely apologize for this mistake and will be more careful in the future. I appreciate the admin for taking the correct action, but from my point of view, it clearly shows that it was an honest mistake, I meant to send it in the family chat, not the prime chat.
