Life Story:

CJ grew up in one of the roughest neighborhoods of Los Santos, where crime and poverty were part of daily life. His father, once a respected LSPD officer, struggled after leaving the force due to corruption scandals he tried to expose.
Even through the chaos, CJ looked up to his father’s old stories about justice and courage. He wanted to wear the badge, not for power or money, but to make things right to be the kind of cop his father once was.
CJ worked hard through school, determined to rise above the streets that raised him. His dedication earned him a scholarship to the Los Santos Police Academy, where he trained with focus and dedication. He graduated near the top of his class and joined the force full of hope. At first, he was everything a cop should be honest, disciplined, and fearless. But over time, reality hit. He saw officers taking bribes, bending the rules, and walking away richer for it. The system wasn’t about justice it was about power and connections.

Career Story:

One late night, while patrolling the highways near Blaine County, CJ met a San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) officer known for “getting things done.” The man saw something in CJ frustration, hunger, and desperation. He offered him a deal.
“You don’t have to be dirty kid. You just have to know when to look away.”
At first, CJ tried to ignore it. But the money was real, and the pressure never stopped. Eventually, he gave in. The first time, it was just a small bribe to overlook an overweight truck carrying stolen parts. Then another deal came, and another.
Each “favor” came easier than the last.
CJ transferred to the SAHP, officially joining the same division that pulled him into the shadows. On paper, he was a solid officer efficient, respected, and calm under pressure.
But behind the badge, he was running quiet deals letting smugglers cross checkpoints, hiding evidence, and selling information to certain gangs in exchange for cash.
He told himself it was for his family to pay off debts, to give his parents a better life. But deep down, he knew he was changing. The badge that once symbolized justice now felt heavy with guilt.
Los Santos became CJ’s personal warzone not between law and crime, but between his conscience and his survival.
He’d pull over reckless drivers with a clean record during the day, then escort illegal cargo under the cover of night. He kept both lives separate until they started bleeding into each other.
Each decision pushed him deeper into a world of lies one deal away from exposure, one betrayal away from losing everything.
CJ’s story isn’t just about corruption it’s about a man crushed between loyalty, guilt, and survival.
He’s still out there on the highways of San Andreas, lights flashing, siren echoing in the distance. To most, he’s just another cop. To a few, he’s the man who can make problems disappear for a price.
