Hello,

The upper management team reviewing this forum — today, while we were having a family event, we were banned for no reason. The stated reason was that we blocked the stairs, but during this event, we did not block the stairs or any entrances in any way.

We kindly request that the bans of my friends with the following IDs — 121967, 119562, and 121038 — as well as my own, be lifted. We did not block the stairs in any way, and I am attaching my screen recording here as proof.​
