About Our Party
Founded on 08th November, 2025, by three of the city’s most respected and experienced figures — Hardik Kochar, Bunty Pal, and Hinata Namikaze — the United Progressive Alliance was created with one simple goal: to serve the people with honesty, dedication, and heart. Each founder brings years of experience, proven leadership, and a deep understanding of how the city and its people truly work.
At its core, the UPA stands for transparency, accountability, and progress that benefits everyone. The party believes that good governance means open communication — where citizens are always aware of the decisions being made and the reasons behind them.
Hardik Kochar, chosen unanimously as Governor, is known for his strong leadership and unwavering dedication to public service. His vision for the city is built on fairness, growth, and unity.
Bunty Pal, serving as Deputy Governor, adds his practical experience and people-first mindset, ensuring that every initiative connects directly to community needs.
Hinata Namikaze, the Attorney General, brings balance and justice to the alliance, guiding its policies with integrity and ensuring that every action upholds equality under the law.
Together, the UPA represents more than just a political group — it’s a team of passionate leaders working side by side to build a better, stronger, and more transparent city for everyone.
IDEOLOGY
The ideology of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) centers on creating a positive and enriching experience for the people by addressing their real needs with transparency and dedication. UPA’s ideology is about building trust through honesty, improving living standards by solving problems pragmatically, and fostering a welcoming and open political environment—making everyone feel free and included as part of their own party.
PURPOSE
The party’s mission is to offer strong, visionary, and transparent leadership that rebuilds trust in government and drives real progress for the people of San Andreas. Established by leaders with a rich history of public service and proven integrity, the party seeks to close the gap between authority and opportunity—maintaining order while ensuring every citizen has the chance to prosper.
CAMPAIGN PROMISES
1. Revise Legislation for a Stronger State :,
The party is dedicated to reforming outdated and ineffective laws to establish a more transparent, equitable, and enforceable legal framework. Through broad legislative changes, we seek to enhance public institutions, guarantee equal access to justice, and close legal loopholes that impede accountability and advancement.
2.Amend Article 10.4 of the Public Servants Governance Act :,
To stop its misuse and protect the integrity of public service, we will amend Article 10.4. This clause has often been abused, leading to unfair disciplinary actions or the failure to hold wrongdoers accountable. Its original intent—ensuring accountability while upholding justice and due process—will be restored by our revision.
3. Empower Local Communities :,
By supporting local initiatives and empowering communities, we will bring necessary services closer to the people. Every neighbourhood will have the resources, authority to make decisions, and assistance required to prosper. Whether those needs are for public safety, education, or work opportunities, locals will take the initiative to create solutions that address them.
4. Improve Public Service Standards :,
The party will implement results-oriented reforms throughout all public sectors, with a strong focus on law enforcement, emergency response, and civil administration. By promoting excellence and recognizing performance, we will create a government that operates effectively and gains the confidence of the people.
5. Routined Press Conferences for Public Engagement :,
We will organize regular press briefings to listen to and address the views, concerns, and priorities of citizens. These interactions will strengthen transparency, uphold accountability, and bring the government closer to the people it represents.
