1. Leader of EMS

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 My knowledge and understanding of the organization have grown a lot during my time in Emergency Medical Services. Having served in standard roles Being the top ranker in FTO,RO AND Ambulance Services I have gained a well-rounded view of how EMS operates at every level. My lifelong dream is to lead EMS with excellence. I aspire to build a workplace where every employee feels inspired, supported, and empowered to grow and perform at their best. As a leader, I strive to set a high standard through dedication, commitment, and a clear vision for the organization’s success.

2.2 During my time in these services, I have come to understand the many challenges that accompany leadership. My experience in EMS has provided me with valuable insights into how effective leaders address these challenges and how various leadership styles influence the overall success of an organization. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is the importance of remaining calm and making sound decisions under pressure. I’ve also developed the ability to think ahead, anticipate potential issues, and take proactive steps to prevent them
.

2.3 At present, one of our biggest challenges is maintaining adequate staffing in the lobbies during night hours. I believe that offering well-deserved bonuses is an effective way to encourage employees to take on these late shifts in advance. I’m committed to showing my appreciation and support to everyone who steps up for night duty. With teamwork and dedication, I’m confident we can keep every lobby fully staffed 24/7.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1I believe the best way to enhance roleplay quality within our organization is by actively involving our members—especially those ranked Resident or Emergency Responder and above—in more engaging and interactive RP scenarios. Allowing them to perform tasks like administering adrenaline shots to LEOs or participating in major city events such as ACC, SUBS, or prison breaks will give them hands-on experience, boost their confidence, and inspire creativity for future RP situations. This approach will not only strengthen their EMS roleplay abilities but also enhance their overall RP presence within the city. Having previously served as an RO myself, I’ve seen firsthand how impactful these immersive experiences can be in improving both skill and confidence.

3.2 I also plan to focus on supporting our Field Training Officers (FTOs) so they can dedicate more time to properly training new recruits. Providing freshers with the right guidance from the start helps them gain confidence and avoid common beginner mistakes. FTOs truly are the backbone of our organization — their dedication and passion lay the foundation for new members to grow and succeed. By strengthening their efforts, we can improve teamwork and elevate the overall RP standards across EMS. Having served as an FTO myself, I understand firsthand how vital their role is in shaping the future of our department.
