Alone was born to a poor class family in Lois Marzac (Outskirts of New York) in the winter of early 1955. Alone had a rough life. He was bullied at school and was triggered several times. Alone kept his enthusiasm alive during his childhood days by solving mysteries in the daily times paper. He used to go out to the backyard and find out clues for unsolved petty stuffs. Alone always had a dream of joining the RAW, but his life circumstances changed when one day his drunk dad and grandfather got into an argument and killed his mother. The cops arrested Alone's Father and grandfather, and since then Alone has been more of an orphan under the government's care.
In the Government facility for children, the headmaster found Alone's extraordinary skills in puzzle solving and mystery quest and problem solving. Such high IQ student were seen as an asset for the Government. One night a group of masked men forcefully shifted Billy to an undisclosed location to the public. It was the San Andreas Motel grounds. The place which was seen as a heavenly ruin for Criminal Members was actually a secret training ground. The cops used to place fake gangsters around to control the turf when the training used to take place within.
Career Story:
Alone was trained and forged like a fine blade. Making his reflexes smooth and fast and sharp. Alone was later a Briadier General in the NG and had been working as a RAW and helping other orgs to catch the criminals. Alone was also an extraordinary person in shooting which later paved his way to Major General. Alone joined and worked in the RAW for a few weeks and was a part of Michael Das's infamous counterfeit and Criminal bust. Alone also was involved in nabbing Sebastian Blackwood the infamous criminal mastermind behind the 2020 capitol attack. Several sources say Alone was involved in the 2022 scam case, which also involved several ministers in bringing up the scam which affected over 400 people.
Alone had gained a good amount of reputation since then and had always been loyal to his leaders. Federal is now a part of the National Guard to focus more on Criminal Burst and counterfeit money hunt.
2. Alone can keep the illegal items of a 10-15 for himself during arrest.
