I was banned because the audio on my video recording during a Fam War battle was distorted. I've never experienced this type of error before. A minor malfunction with my sound card caused my audio recording to be unknowingly ineffective. I'd like to have my penalty reduced, and I'm willing to undergo a PC check if requested.
