About Our Party
Established on the 9th of November, 2025, through the collaboration of three of the most experienced and esteemed professionals in the city: Hardik Kochar, Bunty Pal, and Hinata Namikaze the United Progressive Alliance was formed with a very simple purpose: to give the people honest, devoted, and loving service. Each of the founders has his own source of power that provides the city with years of experience, a proven track record of leadership, and a profound understanding of its people and workings.
The UPA is very much a society of accountability, transparency, and just progress for all. The party as a whole maintains that good governance can be secured only through open communication — where the citizens are always told of the decisions made and the reasons why.
Hardik Kochar, the Governor, who has been unanimously chosen, is a powerful leader and a devoted public servant. The city’s future he imagines is one of fair growth and unity.
Bunty Pal, the Deputy Governor, right away brings in his own hands-on experience and ganja-people approach to making sure that any scheme planned has a direct linkage with community needs.
Attorney General Hinata Namikaze bestows the coalition with fairness and equilibrium and constantly enacts its policies with purity, confirming that at every step, the rule of law is maintained.
The UPA together is not only a political group but more so a team of passionate and committed leaders who stand next to each other to create a better, stronger, and more honest city for all.
IDEOLOGY
The UPA ideology is to transform people’s lives through a positive, empowering interaction by meeting their real needs in a sincere and committed way. The ideology of UPA is to win people's trust through sincerity, uplift living standards through realistic solution finding, and create a kind, open political atmosphere- whereby everybody feels free and included, and belongs to their own party.
PURPOSE
The aim of the political party is to provide strong, visionary, and transparent leadership, thus rebuilding the trust of the government and making real to the people of Los Santos . The party was established by leaders with a long history of public service and integrity and intends to fill the space between governing and providing opportunities by keeping the order while making sure that every individual gets a chance to flourish.
CAMPAIGN PROMISES
1. Revise Legislation for a Stronger State:,
The party is committed to changing the law by removing the old ones and replacing them with new ones that are transparent, fair, and easy to enforce. In order to achieve this, we will carry out a broad legislative reform, which will also help us to open the door for equality in accessing the courts, and closing the gaps that have been a major hindrance to accountability and progress.
2. Amend Article 10.4 of the Public Servants Governance Act :,
We shall amend Article 10.4 in such a way as to bring its misuse to an end and to safeguard the public service's integrity. This provision has been misused on many occasions to facilitate unfair disciplinary actions or to silence the culprits. Our amendment will bring back its original purpose of accountability through justice and due process.
3. Empower Local Communities :,
Through energizing local alternatives and reinforcing the development led by communities, we have been able to deliver services to the people's doorsteps. All communities shall be equipped with the necessary resources, the power to make decisions, and the support that will let them flourish. The locals are going to be in charge of the whole process of developing solutions to the problems that might occur in public safety, education or job opportunities terms.
4. Enhancing Standards of Public Service :,
The party will apply result-oriented reforms in all public offices, with law enforcement, emergency response and civil administration being the primary focus areas. We aim for the best, accept the good, and make the reward for the latter to transform the government into an efficient one that enjoys public trust.
5. Routinized Press Conferences for Public Engagement :,
The regular press briefings will allow us to listen to, and react to, the inputs, worries, and priorities of the citizens. The development will bring about more open communication, stronger liability, and reduction of the gap that exists between the government and its people.
