Foxie Scar comes from the USA and spent his childhood with his parents in Brixton, a rough area. Because of the environment surrounding him, Foxie preferred to be indoors and thus grew into an introverted kid who spent most of his time playing video games alone.
Everything changed when both of Foxie's parents tragically lost their lives in a hit-and-run accident. It was then that Foxie decided to turn his life around. He moved to Los Santos in hopes of a fresh start and began trying to make friends wherever he could.
However, the memories of his past and the chaotic lifestyle of Los Santos eventually turned him back into a homebody. He seldom left his house unless he was working. Over time, he made a number of friends and grew closer to his best friend, Nauman Scar. The two would roam the city on duty or off, dreaming one day that they would make something big out of their lives.

After deciding Foxie needed to make a life for himself, he decided to join an LEO organization, starting off at SAHP. Foxie started to get his life together and gradually became more friendly with people. But it was not long-lasting; Foxie decided that SAHP was just not the organization for him. He hated it there, standing gates all day. It wasn't for him. So he took a break and decided that SAHP may be for him because of their different range of departments. He applied. And in turn, he was accepted for an interview, aced the interview, and completed all training. Foxie loved SAHP; every day is a different day. Foxie loves busting crime, especially when they are least expecting it; hence, Foxie is on track to become one of, if not the best, undercover police officers Los Santos has ever seen in its history!

- Foxie can break state laws while on or off duty.
- Foxie can deny to show his Identification to protect his identity and privacy;
- Foxie can falsely claim that he has requested an attorney or deny their presence;
- Foxie can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record;
- Foxie can help his friends escape prison (DarkNet);
- Foxie can sell information to individuals or criminal organizations. (up to $100k)
- Foxie can take bribes, but cannot take bribe to be a hostage (up to $100k or equivalent value in illegal firearms or items);
- Foxie carries duct tape in his backpack and can use it to stop individuals in his custody from talking ("/try applies duct tape on the mouth" - 2X / situation)
- Foxie can rob/kill in the ghetto, or kidnap and rob/kill in secluded areas (following GR 6.16, GH 1.8 and SR 5.5);
- Foxie can search Law Enforcement and suspects for their bodycams and destroy them with proper RP (โ/try to find the bodycamโ - 2x per situation - and โ/do to destroy itโ)
