1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I am interested in applying for the Admin position because I have been in the city for a long time and would like to expand my Grand RP experience to be more helpful to the community. In any organization or family, I always strive to be the most beneficial to everyone, whether it's teaching the server, organizational, or family rules, and how to improve their overall experience. I remember not knowing what to do or what the right things were when I first arrived at the project, and people were there to help me. I understand that becoming an Admin means taking on responsibilities to assist with enforcing the rules, as well as helping players learn and improve their skills. This is because every person who knows automatically enhances the experiences of those around them.

3. What are your strengths?
- Patience, I have no problem taking the time for those who may need it. I also have no problem taking my own time to learn carefully and fully understand something.
- Communication, I will find the best way for someone to learn, whether that is hands-on teaching/guidance or verbal communication and follow-up.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I can trust people too easily, but I am learning how to ask critical follow-up questions to understand the person or situation fully for all parties involved.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I want to provide a positive environment where all players are comfortable asking admins essential questions. I also want to do the same for other admins in the community. I believe that learning what is vital to each individual's gameplay and experience is essential to approaching situations properly and fairly.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I do not currently have one.
