i can agree that there was no gangs or other orgs around us, this means there was no mercy killing to avoid RP this warn is very unnecessary
first of all i was there watching u that's u u were issued a warning (the place was ghetto). so when someone die a three minute timer (in RP terms its like bleed out and then died) is given which u cannot ignore and the timer is increased to 5 minutes if the person calls an ambulance and as u were dead inside ghetto u cannot tell what could happen in the 3 minutes or when u arrived maybe like 2 minutes left. your words at the situation were "I don't have med kit m finishing u " i.e. u helped your friend to avoid RP.
