I'd like to start of by saying that the admin reviewing I believe has made a mistake. I am punished for giving no demands given there is already an RP situation in where my family member has been shot at. I'd also like to point out the shooter initiated this RP situation by shooting my family member, WITHOUT DEMANDS! All I have done in reacted to the defense of my family member being attacked which is an RP situation!
I'd also like to ask as it's becoming increasingly unclear what is actually classed as an RP Situation then ?!
As seen in the original post. The poster of my report shoots at my family member because he has a bounty on him. (This initiates an RP situation where my family member is under attack with imminent threat of death to my family member, and as per the firearms laws of Los Santos, specifically; 5.2 Mutual or reciprocal defense is a type of defense that includes the protection of one's spouse, family member or co-worker under imminent threat of injury or death.
I then have opened fire to defend my family member who was already injured and moments from death. In a life threatening situation like this time is of the escence and I reacted appropriately with lethal force to defend my family as the law of San Andreas permits.
As per all this I don't see why I was punished for GR6.15 when the shooter had opened fire initiating this RP situation and also didn't even give demands to my family member who he was here to kill.
Thank you for taking the time to review this punishment.
