Rejected RDM Punishment ID 120

Hello,

I got sent to demorgan and punished by administrator Mina Bluewater for thread: https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/11704/#post-42979

I was clearly inside of the ghetto area, where this does not count as RDM. It is a known fact and rule that killing without reason or RP is allowed inside of the ghetto.
As a player of the server this is sad to see admins not knowing the rules of the server they are supposed to be administrating, because of this demorgan I have lost all of my weapons including a heavy sniper.

Please do better next time.
