2-What is your reason as to why you want to lead in this particular organization?
i have been full term in LSPD and i really think its good opportunity for me to lead this organization and i love that the LSPD is inside the city so its close to everything happen and every crime happen we are the first people most respond for it and also most of people love to join to the LSPD as me also when i came to the city so i wanna be there for them and i want to be the one who they can look up to, like good leader will guide them and help them like i have learned so i wanna give that my good knowledge to them,
also i got all of this knowledge from my deputes as they was leaders before and they made me handle everything at LSPD so i cab lead it after them and also i have done with all departments and i know everyone of them how they work and how can made them active.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My ideas to improve the roleplay quality start building a strong foundation through proper training, teamwork & leadership, i wll make sure every officer from trainees to High command know how to handle situation like LSPD deputes did to me realistically, professionally, and according to proper police procedures.
Another important point is having a solid and responsible team, good leadership sets the tone for the entire department so i will make sure that every command member sets a good example, supports lower ranks, and helps them grow through guidance and supervision
Lastly, i want to focus on discipline and respect. what truly makes a great LSPD officer stand out is attitude and professionalism during roleplay. by keeping high standards, consistency and motivation, i believe the LSPD can become a role model for every organization in the city.
