There was hostage situation+store rob is going everything was going just then the unexpected happened, 1. so many players were driving after being spike and it will be considered as PG/UB (it's impossible to drive like that)
2. And second thing they entered there HQ and go through nearby road after situation. according to GH role 1.6

And some of them players i saw there

And there are 4 cars in total I saw doing that.
