2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i) I have been in city more than a year and now I am that much eligible to takeover terms of organization. And LSPD is best for taking over terms in starting. In LSPD I appreciate the kind of work like towing cars, arresting and keeping city free from crimes.
(ii) I have much experience in legal organizations which make me eligible to manage their work with full potential. I have been a District Court Judge which helps me to take correct decision while complex situations. Also, I have been at reputed and High Command positions of Legal Organizations (especially GOV, LSPD, FIB, SAHP) which helped me a lot to understand the work of Law Enforcements Officers.
(iii) I would like to clean city crimes from root level in which LSPD plays the main role. The officer in LSPD keep an eye on city roads, banks, mall, public area, ATM.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
(i) RolePlay can be increased by engaging officers in Story Robbery negotiation, arresting people with proper procedure and respecting their high commands.
(ii) I will make sure the District Attorneys must conduct regular meeting with new officers to make them understand the basics of legislation.
(iii) All State leaders and deputy leaders must do meetings on regular basis to maintain law and order with full potential.
(iv) Officers must be aware about OOC rules and legislation. So that they shouldn't do any kind of mistakes which can be harmful to organization.
Departments:
Under Cover (UC): This department will be collecting evidences against families, gangs.
Human Resources (HR): HR will be hiring agents for other department and giving trainings.
Internal Affairs (IA): This department will be checking activity of agents by logs and their time in city.
Spec Ops (SO): This department will be responding fastest to the situations than other departments. It will be good in shooting.
Public Relations (PR): They will be organizing events for the citizens and maintaining good relations with other organization.
