I arrested ID 504322. His friend ID 503569 tried to follow me. He rammed the car so I went with my stun gun to him and told him to leave. He went back and start to ram me. I took my weapons and started to shoot him. He just keept ramming. I think this Fear RP and CR. After I got back up. ID 503569 went to the car that was his friend placed in ID 504322. He started to shoot him to let him die and let him get out of the car and loss his cuffs. He killed him and did MK. I think this is bug abuse. then he did CL.
