2-Why do you want to be a leader of this particular organization? Three reasons with explanation.
I was in a LSPD for some time but I learned a lot in that term which made me encourage enough,now I want to make city more secure and wants to give my knowledge to newbies officer who joining lspd for the very first time which helps them a lot . I know everything in here as I got deputies to teach me and I learn how everything works ,I think I can be the best leader for them
3-Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
In my opinion nowadays officer don't know how the things work because they don't got proper training and all ,but I strongly promised that in my term I will make sure that even a lowest rank officer know everything about every situation everyone face.
And having a strong team means having a strong base which clears the doubt of making trouble in situations,with the help of my deputies and my officers I will make whole city secure as I think LSPD got a good opportunity as they are in city that they can respond to any crime quickly before any other org.
So,at the end I would like to say that I strongly think that I can change the way of working of LSPD
