I would like to formally appeal my punishment. In the POV that the suspect submitted, he failed to submit the entire POV. Therefore, he clipped out only the part he wanted you to see and not the entire situation. It is extremely misleading to do something like this and quite frankly unacceptable. This person hit me with his vehicle and was given several warnings to get out of his vehicle. Then proceeds to drive reckless around the city after many commands to stop. I then stopped following the suspect until he attempted to rob another ATM. When we finally caught the suspect we had a lawyer review the footage and was told to process all charges. Again he was given several commands to get out of his car. In the POV you can hear the suspect tell me to stop following him or he'll shoot, even after he hit me with his vehicle outside of the car. He then drove off and came back again to start shooting at us. Attached here will be the full POV for you to review as well please. (
