2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have really great knowledge and experience of 2 years in crime side. As far as I remember the first organization that i joined was The Families. Thats why im gonna use that knowledge and experience in a gang to improve the rp level and that gang is going to be my first love Families.
- Families holds a special place in my heart. I have learned much things about being in a gang. I have been passionate ever since then and ever since then, i have really wanted to be the leader of this gang.
- One of my goals is taking the lead of Families because as a leader i also can get to know so many difficult situations, i want to take responsibility of Families and give my best as the Leader Of Families.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- For me, one of the most important problem is favouritsm. For that im gonna make sure that no one will get high ranks without being active, If they are not active their experience is worthless.
- I will use my past experiences to improve my organization. I will make sure that none of my HC or members are breaking rules. Any HC breaking rules will be kicked, demoted or even blacklisted from the organisation. As far as I know, having a great HC team can help you run the term smoothly without any punishments.
- Each gang member must have at least 10 years of experience in the city and will need to know the rules well.
- Rookies will not get higher ranks (until they gain experience) (no favouritism)

- 100% Turf
- Good graffiti bonus every hour
- Most dangerous gang / Terrorist org
- Finish the term with 0 warnings
- No toxicity in gang
- Dominating the Ghetto
