The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Bayram Hollow takes governor as hostage and goes to a place to run a hostage situation. After that, LEOs dont comply properly with Bayrams demand so Bayram kills governor and lots of officers in that hostage situation. Therefore, the state suffers a great loss and prepares a casefile for particularly Bayram and his gang Marabunta. Bayram doesnt want to get arrested and doesnt want his gang to be raided so he thinks the greatest plan ever. Bayram plans to make FIB go to the Capitol by preparing a fake bomb situation inside Capitol and go to the empty FIB HQ and steal casefile also take a hostage, kill the hostage and when all LEOs die, face the freedom forever. In conclusion, capture the empty FIB HQ, take a normal agent as the hostage and kill him when all LEOs die.
Why this event:
It shows that sometimes intelligence is the most important thing in fights because when we deceive the opponent, we move forward in the fight for sure.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEOs: They have to secure the FIB HQ as well as hostage and the casefile.
GANG: They have to capture the FIB HQ and steal casefile after killing the hostage.
Other organizations involved:
LSPD, SAHP, NG
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Jugular, armor, weapon
Admin Requirements:
TP participants to the locations and give them armors, guns and cars
Rules of the event:
No patching, no drugs, no juices, nothing that can make you stronger than anyone
How is the event won?
If crime side kills all LEOs and hostage, capture FIB HQ and steal the casefile, gangs win.
If state side kills all gangsters, save hostage and protect FIB HQ, LEOs win.
