Life Story :-
Haruko Marine arrived in Los Santos with the sort of calm determination .He was born in a very rich family and could buy every possible thing in the city. Haruko was very confident and slowly completed his schooling and was bad at grades. His father actually did not bother seeing his marks of his schooling ,but indeed had confidence about him taking over his father business.After a few months his father had got a heart attack and haruko was not sad but happy that he would get his father's business. But after getting the responsibility to run the business instead was using all the money in casino to do gamble, although every time he lost his money and throwing money like the leaves fallen from the tress. Soon he had no money left so he sold his fathers gas station and thought to invest in stock markets which was a lot risky .Soon he invested all the money from the gas station and the 24/7 and invested in the stock market and was hoping he would see better profits. After few days when he checked his phone the market was high of his shares and decides to sell them but waited since it was increasing but the more he waited suddenly there was a red long sign which took down all of his shares value and now was on the stage to live on the roads.
Career Story:-
After the downfall, Haruko Marine was totally focused on becoming a police officer, so he woke up every day at 5AM and went for Jogging for 30mins, later went to the gym. Till the evening he used to study books and also the past newspapers about the police officers. After an year he was fit and had enough knowledge to become a police officer, he passed his interview and the training sessions. He is a very strict officer and followed all the rules ,and the orders of his higherups. Due to a lot of positive activity he got a promotion and worked as a genuine officer, arrested the ones who were against the law and who were doing illegal things in the city and soon got recognised ,which changed his life from the rods to owning a house and a private car.
Outcomes:-
1) Haruko can make an offer for bribes up to 100k and illegal items by becoming LEO hostage. (With proper RP reasons)
2) Haruko can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum].
3) Haruko can refuse to show his id and passport to any citizen or Law binding officer.
4) Haruko can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
5) Haruko can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or their weapons in exchange for release. (100k max and with proper RP)
6) Haruko can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation)
7) Haruko can use and carry drugs, cocaine and illegal weapons on/off duty.
8) Haruko can kill others and rob others off duty in and out of ghetto (outside of ghetto if they don't follow demands only)
