2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? ​

It will be a big new beginning for me to take over as the head of the Los Santos Police Department. I have worked at the bottom of both legal and illegal groups in addition to being a high-ranking member (rank 28, 8, or 9 in various gangs). I made the decision to start at the bottom in order to completely comprehend the challenges that new hires face when they join a firm.I won't claim to be an expert, but I have encountered nearly every situation and learned from each one. I'm eager to keep studying since I can always do better. I'll work closely with the executives of other organizations.In order to avoid miscommunications and disputes and to improve the role-playing game for everybody, I will convene a meeting with the heads of each group as soon as I take office to discuss collaboration and draft a clear agreement outlining our operations.If given the opportunity, I would like to set a new standard for roleplay in general and the LSPD specifically. To foster improved cooperation among all parties and establish a secure, non-toxic environment,

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

After spending some time in this city and observing how things work, it is clear that the degree of roleplay has decreased. My initial goal would be to rebuild true role-playing rather than rule-playing. For example, before rushing into a hostage scenario, a negotiator should instruct all units to build up barricades, contact emergency medical services, and cooperate with other groups. Every activity should appear sincere and purposeful. I will give training sessions to make role-playing more enjoyable, realistic, and natural for everyone. I'll keep things simple yet effective, from better traffic stops to more intelligent coordination. Something I also want incoming units to understand is that logic, not rules, binds you. Role-playing can be used for anything that makes sense and follows logic in real life. Real roleplay is about thinking, responding, and living in the moment, rather than just taking orders.

Responsible for managing traffic activities, issuing fines, and towing illegally parked vehicles to maintain smooth traffic flow and a clean city environment.


Special Task Force (STF):
Handles investigations of serious and complex crimes such as organized crime, financial offenses, and public corruption.


Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT):
A highly trained tactical team that responds to high-risk situations like hostage rescues, armed standoffs, and terrorist threats, providing protection, firepower, and crisis resolution.

Manages recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation, employee relations, and wellness programs to ensure an effective and motivated police workforce.
