Life Story:
Feisty was born and grew up in the big city of Vilnius. She lived in a middle class family. Throughout her life she was really smart as a kid behaving and getting good grades. She was trying really hard and achieving her success in school but nobody appreciated her effort levels and kept making fun of her how much effort she puts but not the results she gets. From then on it changed her perspective in life and she started being rude to everyone until she slowly started miss behaving and that's where people actually took her seriously and started getting involved with crime activity. She felt a special place in her heart like it was her home and from then she became a gang member and treated everybody rudely and never took anything seriously. This is what made her move to the Los Santos due to high records of crime being felt like a new life to her. Since then until now she has been committing preposterous crimes around the Los Santos without a trace of getting caught and motivation from her group of crime friends appreciating her skills and achievements she can achieve. Every crime she commits and succeeds she gets congratulated by other gangsters because of her skills. Even though she is almost one of the best gangsters in Los Santos she still has those left over feelings of her childhood and a shattered heart from pain and sadness.
Outcomes:
1. Feisty can drive cars (except supercars) on rough roads, anywhere without breaking any RP. (no ub driving or non-rp driving)
2. Feisty can recognize anyone by their clothes and voice (Will not break MG, by looking at users ID).
3. Feisty can always carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in her luminous glasses 24/7 & doesn’t need to refresh it and doesn't need to use /turns on bodycam command. The footage is uploaded to a personal server in real-time using the internet. If she dies, her lawyer can access the footage and use it to build a case file against the murderer.
4. Feisty can offer to provide information to illegal and legal organisation special information of bribes (up to 50K) (not used in state orgs)
