2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to apply for this specific gang because Ballas has always been my favorite gang to be in and the most comfortable and nice hq which i love in the gang, rather than that i gained experience in server and learned the rules. Im here to make ballas stronger and most respected gang.
- I had good experience in gangs/leos and i think finally its the time to become leader of Ballas. which can be a new start for me and Im hoping to achieve many goals in this term.
- Will always maintain good activity. Which will be the most important thing for us in the gang, will always make sure we have good activity and will not let them slip. Will have very hard actions against rulebreakers in this org.
- Lastly, achieving 100% Turf as i have very good and experienced team coming with me. Which is very unique that leader has a turf team already in his gang. That will be my advantage so I will bring only deputies who are doing activity - and not "Turf deputies". That way i can make sure my activity and turf maintain good and active.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Will top of the top deputies who will make sure everyone in the org maintain activity properly, From the highest to lowest rank in the org. No matter who they are will always keep an eye on those who are inactive and fire them immediately.
- Will always come up with unique stuff, (events, situations, etc..)
- Adding bonus system for members, the bonus system will be that whoever does activity in the org gets money, simple as that. I want all my members to be active including high commands.
- Having proper interview production. Whoever wants to join will have proper interview which will decide what will be his rank in the gang. Past terms I saw many leaders/deputies and even high commands which are doing mistakes by inviting and giving rank to newbies that doesnt know the rules. It's a very common mistake that leads to a disband of a gang. Which will not happen here in Ballas.
My Goals for the term:
1. Always Maintaining good activity.
2. Finish term successfully and hopefully having no warnings.
3. Achieving 100% Turf season.
