2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--> So, when i joined the city Ballas was always my first choice. I spent a lot of time learning how the gang system works, joining events, and understanding every part of gang life. Over time, I gained the knowledge and experience that needed to run a gang properly, handle pressure, and lead from the front. Now, I want to take that experience and use it to lead Ballas toward becoming stronger organization in the city.
--> I always enjoyed managing situations calmly whether it’s store robberies, FZ raids, hostage situations or turf captures. I’m confident in my leadership and communication skills, which allow me to ensure that every member follow the rules. I know how to keep the gang members motivated, maintain discipline, and make sure every event runs smoothly and cleanly without any rule violations.
--> My goal is to make Ballas on top of the city by be active in ghetto and other gang events. I will keep the gang active in all gangs events and courage every member to participate. Deputies will be chosen carefully based on loyalty and experiance, and I will make sure the gang stays clean from toxicity. My focus will be on activity, teamwork, and reputation so Ballas always stands strong in the ghetto.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
--> I will make sure every member clearly understands their role during each activity, so everything goes smoothly and rule breaks are avoided. I will also encourage members to take part in all gang events like FZ raids, store robberies, battleships, and clandestine to keep everyone active and involved. I plan to reward loyal and active members with bonuses to keep them motivated. Along with that, I’ll maintain a proper ranking system and recruit only players who know how to handle RP situations properly. This way, the overall RolePlay quality and reputation of the gang will keep improving.
