2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Its been a while for me in the city and in the gangs i have been part of ballas with 2 terms and experienced many things from this gang and want to experience more as possible and with some new targets and goals for my term and for ballas.
- I have been deputy of ballas 1 time and also with with some good times that i have spend in this org i think this will be the most suitable gang for me and also i feel very confident about it to be the leader and lead the gang to new highs and terrorize the city with our activity.
- Hiring active members, doing daily events and maintaining the terror of the ballas gang in the leos thats will be our motive and also achieving 100% turf by appointing very good team and also very active and experienced deputies in my opinion will be very good for me and my term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Giving everyone of my gang a chance to speak and put their ideas and thinking to us so we all can rise together as a team as a gang and also maintaining peace and equality among all the gang members so everyone feels equal in this gang and there will be no abuse of high ranks in my org.
- Giving good and regular bonus will be also a great advice so all the members feels motivated to join each and every event of the org and show the activity and numbers to the leos and fully dominates every events so i will make sure for regular bonus to our active members.
My Goals for the term:
1. Max Activity.
2. Equality and peace among the members.
3. Achieving 100% Turf.
