2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. Bloods was my first gang. From the time that I joined, I wanted to lead Bloods Street Gang. I have not seen much activity from
Bloods. As per time that I spent in city, I got to know a lot about the gangs, organizations, server's rules and regulations, how everything work on this beautiful server,
also many friends with past exp. I wanna get leadership and increase the activity and show Leos what really Bloods can do. Moreover i have gained a lot of experience as a leo also so i know the funtioning, the loopholes and how the situations are handeled which will help me in concluding the situations very smoothly.
I also will make sure that all gang members will be family-friendly and will always respect each other.
2. By having experience on other gangs, I am ready to take Bloods.
I already know how everything goes and what I need to do as a leader. I will hire great deputies with past exp.
I saw so many favoritism on gangs. I will take actions against favoritism and arbitrary promotions.
Interviews will be taken for each and each citizen that wanna join. I have seen many times in gangs not taking interview
and hiring without minimum requirements.
3. I will hire great graffiti team that will keep always bonus more than 10k+. Most important I will always listen to my higher-ups.
I will never deny their commands. Will keep logs clear and not have any fight with other citizens.
Will set up globals at least 1 time in twice a week with help of curators!
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Will always update logs and will always attend SUBS with minimum 5 people, same with BS.
2. Will keep no fight in ORG, all members will keep respect for each other.
2. Will make high activity in city, at least 1x FZ raid, 2x store robberies, 1x hostage situation.
3. Will always keep graffiti bonus 10k+ (graffiti team).
4. Will keep activity in NG base by planning the stealing of trucks every 3 hours so the warehouse will be full always.
5. No favoritism will be tolerated, example on hiring or giving rank.
6. Will always listen to my higher-ups and never deny their commands.
My Goals as a Leader
1. Capturing 100% turf.
2. Clearing bonuses on time and try to give max bonuses.
3. Will Complete always weekly tasks on Time.
4. Completing my term with minimum Warnings.
