in my forum the person did run out the ghetto when i was shoting him but the admin said The player was allowed to leave the ghetto in that situation

how he can leave the ghetto and if i killed him it will be rdm then its clear Gz 1.3 i was shoting on him and he run out at the same time you will see the forum
