I was patching someone up in the ghetto when FIB suddenly rolled up and killed me without any interaction, demands, or RP.
I understand this is the red zone, and if it were just regular players it wouldn’t necessarily be a rule break.
However, FIB is a state organization, and I want to know if they are allowed to shoot a random civilian with no RP even when they had multiple people.
According to the rules, state factions must still initiate RP before opening fire, even in the ghetto such as fearing for their life.
So I want clarification on whether this action is allowed or if it violates RDM.
Basically, I'm asking if FIB can just kill a citizen who is patching another civilian up just because we're in the ghetto.

This is allowed, you had a gun in hand, meaning you posed a threat to the lives of citizens and LEOs in that vicinity. Thankfully THE Sosa Mane was there to save the day!

There was no rule violation by FIB. They had the required number of special officers, and you were holding a gun.
