My time as two-time Deputy of Vagos in the recent terms gave me the chance to see how vital structure and leadership are to a gang’s success. I supported operations, recruitment and I’ve learned the importance of balance: discipline on one side, and trust on the other.
Now, I want to bring that experience into leading Ballas. My vision is simple:
Protect the bond of Family: No member left behind, no loyalty left unrewarded.
Build an identity rooted in unity: Ballas should be known not only for strength but for sticking together through anything.
Claim our place in the city: From turf to presence, we’ll be visible, organized, and respected.
Where Vagos taught me the fire of leadership, Ballas will be about heart—creating a gang that people are proud to represent, both in RP and in spirit.

From my time as two-time Vagos Deputy, I learned that good RP doesn’t just happen—it has to be nurtured and reinforced. I want to create an environment where members are constantly encouraged to contribute to immersive storytelling. My focus will be:
Weekly RP-driven events: From turf conflicts and ambushes to community-driven events that show the Ballas’ presence in the city.
Stronger in-character discipline: Members will follow hierarchy, respect ranks, and act in a way that fits the gang’s image.
Recognizing great RP: Rewarding members who put effort into creative roleplay with promotions, perks, and recognition.
Zero tolerance for OOC drama: Protecting the organization’s culture by keeping things IC and avoiding negativity.
This way, Ballas won’t just be active—it will be alive with purpose, character, and story.
