As clearly seen in the POV on the forum, they are speaking Turkish in the background. Instead of assigning the case to Turkish admins, Muhamet Zidan decided on the punishment himself. If you watch the video, you will see that he also did VDM and meta-gaming. I kindly request that the forum be reviewed again.
