2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
First Reason:
I want to lead the LSPD because I want to create a safer city and reduce the amount of crime happening every day such as ATM robberies, store robberies, and ghetto violence. I want civilians to feel safe, and I want officers to always be ready to respond to any emergency situation professionally.
Second Reason:
I love law enforcement RP and I enjoy helping players who need support in serious situations. Becoming the leader will allow me to organize the department better, support new officers, and make sure every person inside LSPD knows how to react correctly in IC situations.
Third Reason:
I want to build a strong LSPD team with high discipline, respect, and teamwork. I want to turn LSPD into an organization people trust and fear at the same time—fear for criminals, trust for civilians. I believe I have the leadership, activity, and experience to take responsibility for this role.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1 — Improve Training System:
I will create a full training program for new officers (shooting, communication, code system, radio discipline, traffic stops, arrest procedures).
This makes the RP more realistic and organized.
2 — Increase Active Patrols:
I will make sure there are active patrols in all areas including the ghetto, highways, and city center. This reduces random crime and improves police presence.
3 — Strong Chain of Command:
I will create clear ranks with responsibilities so every officer knows exactly what to do and who is above him.
This removes chaos and makes operations smoother.
4 — Better Response Team:
I will build a fast-response unit specialized for Code 0, robberies, hostage situations, and emergency calls.
5 — More IC Events for Officers:
Organize weekly trainings, checkpoints, meetings, and operations.
This improves RP quality a lot.
