Halley Escobar, " is a seasoned individual with a checkered past. Born into a life of poverty and hardship, Halley grew up witnessing the corrupt underbelly of society firsthand. Instead of succumbing to the circumstances, he used his wits and street smarts to navigate through the shadows, gradually establishing a reputation as a cunning opportunist. During his early years, Halley found himself entangled in various criminal activities, ranging from petty theft to organized crime. This exposure to the dark side of society cultivated a deep understanding of its inner workings, including the corrupt officials and the leverage they wielded. Halley ascent in the ranks of the underworld was swift, marked by his ability to manipulate and control others to serve his own interests. However, he soon realized that true power lay within the very institutions he had previously fought against. With his sharp intellect and ruthless determination, he made it though the ranks.
Career:
Halley is so much addicted to drugs that he always takes drugs as he was in underworld. He was unstoppable at the time he was having drugs one day he was caught using drugs in front of leos and got caught and got arrested and he wanted to take revenge on them.Killed lots of Leo’s and teamed up with gangs Then joined FIB. After a couple of months his id was still hidden he was liking the job of FIB and his family was so much resepcted in the community of the socitey. Halley then was depperesed and wanted to leave FIB then his friend gives him some drugs and tell him to stay in FIB and be corrupt and be hidden to them and pass us the info that he got. Halley decided to use his position in the FIB to take part in corrupt activities which would help him not only to further his career but to also become financially stable.
Outcomes:
1) Halley can go in ghetto off duty as an corrupt officer on duty and off duty. ( by following GR 6.16, GH 1.8 and SR 5.5 )
2) Halley is allowed to use illegal and painted weapons on or off duty.
3) Halley can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to show ID to hide himself and cover his identity
4) Halley can intimidate, threaten, or mildly torture suspects who resist giving intel (with valid RP; no death)
5) Halley is loyal to his org and can torture/interrogate/rob/kill anyone who create trouble for FIB. ( Only with IC reason and Following server Rules )
6) Halley can find and destroy bodycams [using /try command twice per situation].
