i. Loyalty to the Criminal World
My story starts deep in the heart of the streets, and everything I have learned comes from living in that world. The experience the knowledge and the mindset i earned it all the hard way. I have learned how to stay calm under pressure handle any challenge and make choices that keep the organization moving forward. I know how to bring people together resolve conflicts and keep the crew focused i bring not just strength but strategy and leadership. Thats why i am ready to take the Los Santos Vagos to the next level and prove my loyality to the neighborhood that raised me.
ii. Strong Ties to the Criminal Community
Over the years i have built real relationships and earned genuine respect across the criminal scene in Los Santos. I understand how the city moves from the players to the operations and these connections give me an advantage when it comes to building alliances and creating opportunities. My ties to the community are not just about power they are about forming long lasting bonds that help us grow, expand and reach our goals.

As a leader my focus is on expanding the Vagos presence and reputation throughout Los Santos and i want our name to carry weight respected and feared beyond just our neighborhood with my background in street operations and first hand experience i know what it takes to claim more territory and strengthen our influence but more than that i want to build a solid foundation based on loyality, unity and pride. My Advices to improve the RolePlay level in the organization are:
1. Minimum in game level criteria to be invited in the organization.
2. Following the instructions of higher ups and also follow the ghetto + server rules.
3. Highest and on time bonus will be provided to members for better experience of organization.
4. Give high priority to training new and inexperienced members to help them improve quickly.
Goals to achieve in my Leadership:
1. Active Recruitment everytime and stay active.
2. Attend all gang events with maximum members.
3. Win maximum turfs each time.
4. To do maximum FZ Raids.
