I would like to understand why my account was banned and kindly request a review of the decision. I’ve been playing on your server for about 3–4 years, and I’ve spent a lot of time and money there. It has always been one of my favorite places to play, and I’ve really enjoyed being part of the community.

I truly value the time I’ve spent on your server, and I would really appreciate it if you could give me a second chance. I promise to follow all the rules moving forward.
