1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I've been on this project for 3 years and, during that period of time, I have experienced RP both as the state and crime factions, which helped me develop a deep understanding of the server and the RP structure it has. Being involved with different organizations has taught me how the community works and that proper RP and communication are key.
With the experience I've gained, I now would like to give something in return and help players, especially newcomers, to get a better understanding of the rules and really enjoy their time in the city and positive roleplaying experience. Joining Assistant Admin will grant me the ability to support the community, keep it healthy, and help with the smooth running of the server.

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
I can bring good communication and problem solving skills to the team. I learn new systems and responsibilities quickly, if someone appoints me a work i will make sure to finish that first. Also my experience in different orgs has helped me to manage everything efficiently and clearly make decisions when necessary.
since I speak English, and Hindi, translation; rules explanation; communicating in general with players who have problems with English will go a long way in helping the players feel comfortable and supported in the server.
