Towing a car, Someone rents from pillbox hospital and rams my tow, runs away before I could get ID. Angel says clip and send in to move the car from untowable place (then later calls the car back in next POV)

Full towing clip, Ram happens at the 4:00 minute mark
I am able to follow up with another POV of the car being called back if needed, Thank you.
