1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Id like to become an admin as I have gotten to experience all of the key leaderships of LEOs. I have been able to be a leader of LSPD, SAHP, and FIB and have been pretty successful with that. I do believe that I can bring good ideas to the table for state and focus on helping with the continuance of building rp within the project! I also believe that I would bring good teamwork with the admin team and could bring a good worth ethic to the team as well. I also believe that being a leader three times for state would help me understand other org leader issues and also would allow me to help remedy some issues that I may have seen as well.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
-2x LSPD Leader
-2x SAHP Leader
-1x FIB Leader
-Rank 16 in bloods
-State Attorney
-DA for LSPD and SAHP

3. What are your strengths?
-I am very patient with people, I try to fix problems, I am readily available most times than not. I am also a quick learner and willing to help new people when they need help. I also am good at training people when it comes to it! Lastly, I find myself good at leading as well and don't let little things get to me.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I can give to many chances at times, have a soft heart for people, and at times can joke a bit too much, which I have been able to it keep that under control anytime I've been in high power in the city. I really don't find myself having to many weaknesses.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I believe that I am a quick learner, have strong leadership skills, have respect from other players as I have always really treated them with respect even when I've been leader. I am also very humble and always thankful for a higher opportunity.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I sold my last business almost a year ago.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
I do not have any IRL issues at the moment. When slow at work I have a gaming laptop that I use to be on during peak hours as that's morning time for me. I do ref high school basketball when I get off at work, and play pro-am for basketball so when tourneys happen, I may be gone for a weekend but that's about it.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration, or we should know for your application?
I would just like to help the admin team! I have had some really good curators when I have been leader, and I'd like to assist them within the city now to also help the new leaders within the city and keep city standards at a high. I've been on the straight and narrow in city and would just like the chance to be given an opportunity to help the city.
