Life Story:
Silent Oppz was born 2 days before his father was killed by gang members. Silent Oppz and his mother was unable to survive alone and his mother decided to get married to a bad man. Silent Oppz was beaten every day for 12 years. This caused him to grow hatred towards gang members and law enforcement. He blamed all his pain on the person who killed his father. The only thing he wanted was to find his father’s killer. He tried everything but got nowhere until he was standing in front of the police station one day. He saw a way to get information and revenge at the same time. He went inside and applied to become a police officer.
Career Story:
Silent Oppz joined the Los Santos Police Department as a Cadet, quietly making connections wherever he can, within the organisation Aswell as the gangs. He wanted to move up the ranks and would do anything to get where he needs to be to find his fathers killer. Silent Oppz knows that he needs money and power. He is a outstanding officer according to the Los Santos Police Department but being outstanding doesn’t provide enough money to find his fathers killer and supply his gambling addiction. he began to decide where his career was going and wanted to become "Corrupt", taking bribes from criminals in exchange for freedom, sabotaging other state employees which he felt threatened by, and doing other things, possibly even worse than this. He became addicted to the power and money that comes with being corrupted.
Outcomes:
1. Silent Oppz can take bribes such as money, weapons, ammunition & illegal items (up to $100,000 in money + illegal items)
2. Silent Oppz is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
3. Silent Oppz can cuff/capture suspects for false charges as well as add or drop charges as he wishes (Only from the penal code)
4. Silent Oppz can do criminal activities & break state laws on and off duty. e.g., sell illegal weapons or items to other people on the black market. (No organizational gear).
5. Silent Oppz can refuse a lawyer and lie about calling one
6. Silent Oppz can give away & receive any information to/from criminals or other corrupt officers in exchange money (no metagaming)
7. Silent Oppz can let suspects go if he wishes if they are a member of his family or if they are his friend and can also help them escape. (No MG or abuse)
9. Silent Oppz can beat suspects in attempt to gain information from a suspect or in attempt to force them to comply with this demands. (No killing)
