In the forum Rejected - (Turkish) GR 3.1 + FL | 506884 the rulebreak was very clear. It was clearly GR 3.1 in FL. He said a turkish insult that has a similar meaning to The guy whos p*ssy i f*cked. And other than the GR 3.1 he was doing FL in a public place which is another clear rulebreak.
