2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. From the first time that i joined grand roleplay i only Played as an gangster and i was always leading forward gangs as High Command i would like to take Ballas and lead it my self do my turf Team and attack city take hostage of famous people and murder leos. I like the postion of The ballas gang and the energy that gives by being also ex deputy there i used to help new joiners and also train them , taking over many events was my job i was taking full time the events night and day.
2. I wanna lead ballas and do a great activity on city i have seen very inactive gangs these days i will make crazy events that will make also new players enjoy RP and get prizes , I will make sure no favorism will happend to my org , will hire great deputys that will keep great activity in events and keep track of players breaking the rules i will make sure balance of org will be shared with each while giving maximum bonuses.
3.I learned how turf works and what do i need to do as an leader , I will make ballas one of the most feared gang, i have good Plans to do with my leadership. I will make it so hard even for FIB to even raid us i will OFC take them down if they enter just 1cm of my HQ area (ofc with proper demands) and torture them. I will take over turf and attack their territories i will make sure to keep always minimum warnings and will always listen to my curators.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will hire an Graffiti team to keep Max Bonus.
2. I will keep org balance Clear and with updates in the logs.
3. I will always finish weekly tasks, Thats the thing that will also bring more activity in City.
4. I will make NG suffer from US as we gonna be robbing them as soon as our unit see refilling.
5. I will always listen to my curators even tho what happends.
