Dear Admin Team,

A few days ago, someone attempted to hack into my account. Unfortunately, the hacker successfully logged into my account and wiped everything, including:

  • All my in-game cash
  • 150+ GC
  • All clothes
  • Vehicles
  • Other personal items
As soon as I noticed suspicious activity, I immediately changed my password and secured the account.

However, after a few days, when I tried to log in again I saw that my account was permanently banned. I believe this ban was issued because of the hacker’s actions, not mine. I have never violated server rules, and the situation was completely out of my control.

I am fully ready to secure my account with two-step authentication and ensure this never happens again. I currently have full access to my account and will protect it responsibly.

Please review my case and remove the permanent ban from my account.
