2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I am in the City for a long time here and I have seen so many people in the that are been unconcious seeking to get help Thats gave me the courage and reason to be the leader of EMS to help the citizen of the city and serve my city to improve the quality of life of the citizan by giving good Medical Services.
2. I have been in EMS so many Times in the last year and I have gained so much experince in this ORG I and I have been in soo many position in while serving the City Because of that experince I think I can be a good candidate to handle this position.
3. I have a best memories with this ORG and I also Like to help people and that is the ORg I have been in more and also my favourite ORG in this city all other ORGs have there own responsibility and respect but I love this ORG the Most Because this ORG is the Heart of this City.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
We can improve RP in EMS by giving proper Training to the New Candidates to they dont make any Mistake while covering the Lobby and a Speacial Training course for the RO Department as they Represent infront of other ORGs how we Attend Events because we need more professionallity while going to help LEOs ORGs to help to clean out the city from the crime.We can also improve the RP by doing some health related campagains that will help us to interact with the Citizen of city and also spread awarness regarding about health issues and also to Donate Bloods to help the Citizens.
